The authors have evaluated clinical and laboratory manifestations of hepatitis in 88 patients with infectious mononucleosis. It is established that the development of the hepatitis and severity of the clinical manifestations against the background of infectious mononucleosis is correlated with the etiological peculiarities of the dis-ease, the age of patients and gender factors.
